The Company owns and operates the Platform to inter alia (a) facilitate opening of a digital store and sale and purchase of goods and services between the merchants and their respective end customers digitally through the Store, (b) provide invoice generation and related services to offline stores on boarded by the Company, through the Platform; (c) enable customers to make reservations with merchants or other service providers on boarded by the Company, through the Platform and provide ancillary services in relation to the same; and (d) provide services ancillary and complementary to the foregoing services (“Services”).
